Marino Baca

Marino Baca has a wealth of work experience. From 2016 to present, they have held the roles of Regional Sales Director - East, Regional Sales Manager - Central, and Central Regional Account Manager at Rishi Tea & Botanicals. Prior to that, they were a Territory Manager - eCatalog at ARI Network Services, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. From 2006 to 2015, they were a Business Development Manager, New Business Development Manager, and Benefits Specialist at American Income Life Insurance Company. During their time as a New Business Development Manager, they grew the Benefits team to eight representatives in the first year and won an award for most referrals collected over two months. Marino also qualified for Sales/Managers Convention in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was promoted to Business Development Manager and then Senior Business Development Manager.

Marino Baca obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, HR from New Mexico State University between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Eldorado High School from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a High School General Studies degree. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Licensed Life, Health, and Accidental Insurance License from the State of Wisconsin in 2012, as well as Leadership Academy certifications from Torchmark Corporation in 2009, 2008, and 2007.
