Matt Baudo

Matt Baudo has worked in the specialty tea and coffee industry since 2012. In 2014, they joined Rishi Tea as Regional Sales Manager - South USA, where they worked alongside 800+ active wholesale partners and managed accounts across the south and eastern US. Their role focused on cultivating and executing specialty tea and botanical programs across 16 states by building in-market relationships to understand cultural specific needs. Matt also educated new and existing customers on technical tea cupping, craft beverage design, work flow SOPs and specialty tea culture. Matt also held the role of Wholesale Support Manager. Prior to this, Matt worked at Colectivo Coffee as Manager & Barista since 2012.

Matt Baudo attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2004 to 2006. Matt also attended Northern Michigan University from 2003 to 2004.
