Martynas Linkevičius

Software Engineer at Risilience

Martynas Linkevičius has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and machine learning. In 2019, they worked as a Data Science Intern at Oasis Loss Modelling Framework Ltd., where they focused on estimating the convergence of losses for catastrophe models and improving the memory efficiency of workshop exercises. In 2020, they interned as a Machine Learning Intern at AB Klaipėdos Nafta, where they performed analysis on machine learning applications and developed a real-time anomaly detection system. In 2021, Martynas joined Imagination Technologies as an HPC Research Engineer, where they gained knowledge of machine learning models for perception, conducted literature reviews, and investigated the deployment of neural networks on the company's hardware. Currently, Martynas is working as a Software Engineer at Risilience, starting in 2022.

Martynas Linkevičius pursued their education with dedication, starting in 2014 when they enrolled at Klaipedos "ŽŪgdžių" Gymnasium. Martynas successfully completed their high school education there in 2018, achieving a Brandos atestatas with honors.

After completing their secondary education, Linkevičius sought further knowledge and skills in the field of engineering. In 2018, they embarked on their academic journey at the prestigious University of Cambridge. Over the course of four years, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree, specializing in Engineering.

Additionally, to enhance their understanding of physics, Linkevičius also attended an extra-curricular school, Fizikos olimpas (Physics Olympus), from 2016 to 2018. Though this experience did not result in a formal degree, it further enriched their education and demonstrated their enthusiasm for learning.

Overall, Martynas Linkevičius demonstrated a commitment to education and a desire to expand their knowledge in the fields of engineering and physics. Their educational journey at Klaipedos "ŽŪgdžių" Gymnasium, the University of Cambridge, and Fizikos olimpas equipped him with a strong foundation and valuable expertise.
