Rahul Arora

Rahul Arora has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Risk Management, Regulatory Change Management, and Auditing. In 1999, they began their career as a Senior Auditor at Thakur Vaidyanath Aiyyar & Company, Chartered Accountants. Rahul then moved on to Kiaora Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. in 2004, where they served as Manager and was responsible for business development and client relationship management. In the same year, they joined Exl Service Inc. as Senior Manager, and was responsible for establishing and leading the Risk Advisory Practice. In 2011, they joined Accenture as Director of Risk Management. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Baringa Partners as a Risk and Regulatory Change Management Consultant, where they were responsible for business development, client pursuits, proposal preparation, research surveys, and project delivery. In 2016, they co-founded and served as CEO of Work A Cause Foundation. Then, in 2022, they joined AQai - Adaptability Assessments & Coaching as Chief Commercial & Growth Officer. Finally, in 2020, they founded Rising Ahead, an innovation ecosystem-led emerging technologies platform.

Rahul Arora began their education in 1996, when they attended Shri Ram College of Commerce and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in 1999. During this same time, they obtained a Certified Programming certification from Aptech Computer Education in May 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, earning a Chartered Accountancy and a Company Secretary degree respectively. Rahul'sfields of study included Financial Accounts, Financial Management, Corporate Law & Audit, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Prior to this, they attended Rosary Senior Secondary School.
