Roby Penn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising, development strategy, and communications across various sectors, including non-profit, political, and business organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Penn International LLC since 2020 and as Director of Development and Communications at Rising for Justice since 2024, Roby Penn has developed critical organizational strategies and engaged with numerous stakeholders. Previous roles include serving as Major Gifts Officer at the Institute for the Study of War, U.S. Corporate Partnerships at The HALO Trust USA, and National Relationship Manager at Smart Source, LLC, among others. Roby's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in History from Texas Christian University and a Master's Degree in Divinity/Ministry from Palm Beach Atlantic University, supplemented by various studies at prominent institutions.
