Gilberto Mota

Gilberto Mota is a Home Study Case Worker at Rising Ground since February 2023, responsible for assessing minors in care, their potential sponsors, and household members through in-person interviews to facilitate safe reunification. Prior to this role, Gilberto served as a Bilingual Case Manager at Cayuga Centers from December 2021 to February 2023, focusing on the reunification of unaccompanied minors. Gilberto also gained experience as a Collections Specialist at Capital Management Services, LP, where responsibilities included assisting Bank of America clients with credit card payments and providing information on potential account implications due to non-payment. Earlier experience includes serving as a University Police Student Assistant at SUNY Buffalo State University. Gilberto holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University, obtained in 2019.
