Kimberly M. has over 20 years of work experience. Kimberly began their career at Concentra in 1995, where they served as a Senior Account Executive until 1998. In 1999, they joined Rising Medical Solutions as their Chief Customer Officer. In this role, they provided executive level oversight of customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Kimberly worked closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure strong customer-focused approaches and communication integrity. In 2008, they joined the State of Illinois Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Advisory Board, serving until 2016.

Kimberly M. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Kimberly obtained this degree from The Catholic University of America, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Nursing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies in the field from 1996 to 1998.
