Todd Brown

Todd Brown has a diverse work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Todd started their career as a Senior Claims Representative at Alexsis Risk Management in 1996 and subsequently held similar positions at Crawford & Company, Cambridge Integrated Services, and Farmers Insurance Group. In 2003, they joined Claims One as a Senior Claims Representative before moving on to Tower Group Companies as a Senior Managed Care Analyst in 2008. At Tower Group Companies, Todd managed the Medical Bill Review program and supervised the implementation of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager. In 2015, they became the Manager of Network Management at Rising Medical Solutions, and later held positions as a Senior Account Executive, Director of Account Management, and currently serves as the Vice President of Client and Network Services. Throughout their career, Todd has been responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to improve customer programs.

Todd Brown attended Wheaton Warrenville High School from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued general studies. Following that, they enrolled in the American Institute for Paralegal Studies from 1991 to 1992 and obtained a certification in Paralegal Studies, specializing in General Law.
