Alysa Barker

Alysa is the Assistant General Manager of Civic Center Plaza in Denver. Her position entails accounting, lease administration, vendor management, tenant engagement and relations, and assists with monthly reporting, construction management and tenant improvements.

Prior to joining Rising, Alysa worked for CBRE at the Denver West Business Park, which consists of 1.34 million square feet of office space, on an 83-acre campus. The business park was sold to DPC Development Company in 2018, and Alysa joined their team as the Assistant Property Manager.
