Ashley McLaughlin

Ashley McLaughlin is the Assistant Property Manager at 1200 West 7th in downtown Los Angeles. Her position entails accounting, lease administration, tenant relations, vendor management, property inspections, and assisting the Senior General Manager with the daily operations of the building.

Prior to joining the Rising team, Ashley began her property management career with the Irvine Company. She started as a Community Relations Associate at a 1500 unit luxury apartment community in the Westside of Los Angeles. During her tenure, she was promoted to Maintenance Coordinator and later received a second promotion to Leasing Consultant. She made the transition into commercial property management in 2022, joining Rising Realty Partners.

Ashley is a Los Angeles native, she grew up in the South Bay and attended Loyola Marymount University where she received her BA in Sociology.
