Kearstin Roberts is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in property management and portfolio oversight. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at Rising Realty Partners since December 2022, Kearstin previously held the role of Senior Property Manager at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a regional portfolio of medical office buildings, preparing budgets, and overseeing tenant improvement projects. Kearstin's earlier experience at CBRE involved managing significant portfolios, conducting performance reviews, and supervising vendor relationships. Kearstin holds a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently pursuing additional education at Colorado State University Global.
