Kristian Kuld

Kristian Kuld is a seasoned financial analyst specializing in acquisitions, currently working at Rising Realty Partners since July 2012, where responsibilities include financial analysis, DCF valuation, underwriting, lease analysis, equity partner presentations, deal-flow management, and market research. In addition to tenure in finance, Kristian serves as a coach for the 18s and 15s girls volleyball teams at Sports Shack Volleyball Club, contributing to a team that earned a silver medal at the 2013 Junior Olympics. Previous internship experiences include financial analysis at StingyCampus.com and marketing assistance at Madavor Media, along with a role as Hall of Fame Kiosk Manager and graphic design summer assistant at UCLA Athletics. Kristian holds a B.A. in Geography from UCLA (2008-2012) and completed high school at Crescent School in Toronto, Canada (2002-2008).
