Mitch Sanders

Mitch Sanders is an experienced Sales and Engineering Manager at Rising Sun Solar, where responsibilities include managing a sales team across four islands, overseeing project management of sales and engineering processes, contract signing, and closing deals with customers. Mitch also contributes to the engineering of residential and commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems, participates in bid tool creation and implementation, and supervises the engineering team in creating critical documents such as single line diagrams and roof evaluations. Prior to this role, Mitch worked as an Engineer focused on PV system design and drafting at Rising Sun Solar, and as a CAD Technician at Monroe & Newell Engineers Inc. Mitch holds a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego.
