Jennifer Hertzfeld has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, specifically in workers' compensation. Jennifer most recently served as Senior Vice President at RAS since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at State Auto Insurance from 2019 to 2022, where they held the role of VP Product Management (Workers' Compensation). Jennifer also has experience as a Managing Director at State Auto Insurance Absentia Solutions from 2018 to 2021. Jennifer previously held roles such as Manager of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships at Absentia Solutions and Assistant Vice President of Workers Compensation Claims at Motorists Insurance Group. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Manager of Integrated Disability at The Ohio State University and as a Medical/Vocational Case Manager at VoCare Services, Inc. Their experience also includes roles as a Counselor and Program Manager at The Ohio State University, as well as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at MedVoc Management.

Jennifer Hertzfeld holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996. Jennifer also has a Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from the same institution. Additionally, Jennifer holds a certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
