Robyn Caples has extensive experience in the insurance and public sectors. Robyn is currently the Director of Client Engagement at RAS, where they are responsible for managing client relationships. Prior to this, they worked as a Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor at RAS and as a Workers' Compensation Analyst at the City of Columbus. Robyn also held the position of Product Director (Workers' Compensation) at State Auto Insurance. Robyn has experience in managing teams and implementing strategies to identify high-risk claims and alternative return-to-work opportunities. Earlier in their career, Robyn worked as a Claims Compliance specialist at Motorists Insurance Group and as a Work Comp Claims Supervisor at Wilson Mutual Insurance Company. Robyn also has a background in disability management and held various managerial roles at The Ohio State University, where they directed multidisciplinary teams and oversaw the implementation of leave and claim management programs.
Robyn Caples holds a B.A. in Criminology from The Ohio State University. In 2007-2008, they attended Capital University Law School for a Paralegal Program. Additionally, in 2006, they obtained a Certified Workers' Compensation Professional Credential (CWCP) from the School of Human Resources & Labor Relations (SHRLR) at Michigan State University.
