Teresa Deboer

Teresa DeBoer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at RAS since 2019, Teresa previously held roles at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard as HR Benefits Manager/Total Rewards Manager from 2015 to 2018, and at Raven Industries as Human Resources Manager from 2001 to 2015. At Raven Industries, Teresa contributed to an internationally recognized technology company with roots in high-altitude research. Earlier career experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager at PAM Oil, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, a wholesale distributor and retailer of automotive supplies.
