Alican Salor

Alican Salor has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering and web development. From 2022 to present, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Risk Ledger. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Senior Web Developer at Acturis Limited, where they designed and built B2B and B2C frontend/backend solutions and planned and estimated delivery schedules. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Full Stack Developer at MyMiniFactory and Klan Management, where they developed front-end and back-end solutions. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Graduate Student and Programmer Analyst at UCLA. In 2012, they were an Intern at Astrium, where they improved the image processing software for the immunoassay analyzer used on the International Space Station. In 2011, they were an Intern at Aselsan.

Alican Salor began their educational journey at TED Ankara College, where they attended from 2001 to 2009, earning a High School degree. Alican then attended Bilkent University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2013, they moved to the United States and attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2014. Finally, Alican Salor attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2015 to 2016, earning a Master's Degree in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation.
