Steve Johnson

Steve Johnson has over thirty years of experience in the information security industry. Steve began their career in 1990 as a Control System Design Engineer at Instem. In 1991, they moved to Ericsson where they worked as a Process Management & Quality Assurance Engineer and Systems Design Engineer. In 1998, Steve joined Logica UK as an Assurance & Improvement Consultant. Steve then moved to AXA PPP Healthcare in 2012 as a Business & IT Security Manager. In 2013, they became the Deputy Chief Examiner & Examination Specialist at APM Group. In 2016, they joined Orion Health as an EMEA Information Security Manager. In 2019, Steve worked as a Security Lead at Surevine. In 2021, they became the Security, Privacy & Compliance Manager at Kheiron Medical. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Information Security Manager at Risk Ledger.

Steve Johnson obtained their HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University between 1987 and 1990. In 2010, they earned their CISSP, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, from (ISC)2, International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium. In 2018, they were awarded the Certified Information Security Manager\u00ae (CISM) from ISACA.
