Dana Civitello

Dana Civitello is a Participant Engagement Specialist at The Risk Management Association since July 2023. Previously, Dana served as an Assistant Banking Center Manager at Webster Bank from October 2021 to July 2023 and held various positions at Citizens from October 2014 to January 2021, including Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Senior Personal Banker Universal. Earlier experience includes a role as Store Manager at dELiA*s from September 2013 to September 2014 and at Abercrombie & Fitch from November 2012 to September 2013. Dana obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University, graduating in 2011.
