The Administrative and Support Functions team at The Risk Management Association provides essential operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This team handles legal compliance through the Corporate Counsel, maintains IT infrastructure with the IT Desktop Specialist, manages credit risk administration, oversees learning management systems, and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion through the DEI Talent and Program Manager. Together, they enable RMA to effectively serve its members and advance sound risk principles in the financial services industry.
