Chip Cohen, PMP, CKM, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Risk Mitigation Consulting, a position held since September 2015. Previous roles include Project Management Office Coordinator and Mission Assurance Project Manager, where responsibilities involved supporting OPNAV Plans, Policies, and Operations in various facets of Mission Assurance. Before joining Risk Mitigation Consulting, Chip held several leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer at Goldrush/Gold Buyers America, overseeing extensive operations across multiple states, and Chief Executive Officer at Cash Converters United. Chip's entrepreneurial experience also includes owning and operating five Subway restaurants with notable rankings in Virginia. Additionally, a role as Regional Vice President at United Franchise Group involved franchise sales and operational coaching. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
