Rhemi Marlatt Huckabay is a seasoned professional in global security and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst at Risk Mitigation Consulting since March 2024, collaborating with the Critical Infrastructure & Analysis Division and the Project Management Office. Previous roles include Senior Global Security Desk Officer and Global Security Desk Officer at Project HOPE, as well as Senior Associate in the Security Management Unit at Chemonics International, where extensive security analysis was conducted for development projects across multiple continents.
