Danette Fulton

Danette Fulton, PMP has extensive work experience in IT operations, project management, and technical leadership roles. Danette most recently served as the Director of IT Operations/PMO at Risk Placement Services, Inc., where they led IT operations and managed a team of project managers. Danette was responsible for delivering infrastructure and business application projects within budget and with high quality. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of IT Operations at the same company, where they created and staffed an application support group and served as the escalation point for all IT issues. Before joining Risk Placement Services, Inc., Fulton worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at another organization, where they led multiple complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, Fulton spent several years at CNA Insurance, where they held roles such as Environment Lead, Infrastructure Lead/Director, Client Engagement Manager, and Information Technology - Security Project and Process Manager. Their responsibilities included program management, system integration, managing complex projects across multiple technology platforms, and managing security initiatives. Danette also worked as a Project Manager/CRM at CNA Insurance, where they served as the customer liaison between IT and the Commercial Insurance business unit. Earlier in their career, Fulton worked as a Technical Manager at J. Howard & Associates, where they led the team responsible for all technology efforts and implemented a transformation from Apple to Microsoft platforms.

Danette Fulton, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from DePaul University. Danette also has a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Northwestern University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from reputable institutions such as Amazon Web Services, Scrum Alliance, and the Project Management Institute respectively.
