Robert T Eck

Robert T Eck, CPRIA has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, spanning over three decades. Robert T started their career at State Farm in 1989, providing exceptional customer service and helping the agency meet its production goals. Robert T then joined Warwick Agency (Allstate) in 1993 and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming an Office Manager. During their time there, they trained a staff of 4 and achieved high customer satisfaction numbers by cross-selling Allstate products.

In 2006, Robert became the CEO/President of Insurance Agency of America, where they played multiple roles and helped clients purchase affordable coverage in over 8 states. Robert T also oversaw sales, service, marketing, IT, HR, team building, and training.

Robert joined Risk Placement Services, Inc. in 2014 as a Personal Lines Manager, responsible for strengthening the relationship between carrier partners and clients to write profitable business. Robert T created an expansion plan called Revenue by Relationships, aiming to provide access to services for brokers nationwide. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Operations, RPS Standard Lines. In this role, they integrated and promoted the RPS Standard Express, a new quote and bind request platform that enables clients to obtain quotes from multiple carriers.

Throughout their career, Robert T Eck has consistently demonstrated their expertise in insurance operations, client relationship management, team leadership, and sales.

Robert T Eck, CPRIA has a degree in Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) from St Johns School of Risk Management, Insurance, and Actuarial Science. Robert T also holds a Property and Casualty License from POH's. In addition, they have completed the Sales Advantage program from Dale Carnegie. Their high school education was completed at Saint Francis Prep. Robert T Eck obtained the certification of Chartered Private Risk Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) in 2018 from St Johns School of Risk Management, Insurance, and Actuarial Science.
