Theodore Tomita III

Theodore Tomita III currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Technology Officer at RiskQ, where a team with extensive expertise across innovation, AI, cybersecurity, risk management, networking, and other domains is assembled. In addition, Theodore is a member of the Cyber Security Advisory Board at Pace University’s Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. Previously, as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Technology Officer at Catskill Hudson Bank, Theodore designed and implemented an industry-leading secure network and developed comprehensive IT strategy. Additional experience includes roles in the United States Air Force focused on Cyber Systems, Senior Network Engineer at Rondout Savings Bank, Senior Project Manager at Comptology, Senior Support Engineer at Rabid Technologies, and Experience Architect/Project Lead at Actionblaster.
