Marc Springer

Marc Springer has over 30 years of insurance industry experience and has held various roles throughout their career. Marc currently serves as the Director of Market Regulation at Risk & Regulatory Consulting LLC, where they manage a team of examiners in performing market conduct examinations for clients such as Departments of Insurance. Marc is also a member of IRES and serves as a chair for the health track of IRES CDS. Prior to their current role, Marc was the Compliance Manager and Privacy Officer at ProMutual Group from 2006 to 2008. Marc also worked at MetLife Auto & Home, where they held the positions of Compliance Manager and Senior Auditor from 1993 to 2006. At MetLife, they were responsible for state-specific compliance reviews, Sarbanes Oxley design and testing, enterprise risk management, and market conduct examinations.

Marc Springer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business at Northeastern University from 1983 to 1988. Marc then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Commercial Law at Suffolk University from 1990 to 1993.
