Zain Hasan

Zain Hasan has a diverse work experience in the fields of employee benefits, insurance, HR services, and financial services. Zain is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Risk Transfer Advisory (RTA) Group, an investment holding company focused on reimagining employee benefits and financial services. Zain is also the Co-Founder of WayRoll HR, a company that provides outsourced services for HR, recruiting, payroll, and risk management. Additionally, Zain has experience as an Angel Investor in tech companies such as Rubrik, Discord, Instacart, and Rippling. Zain has also worked as the Founder and CEO of National HR Consulting Group, LLC, where they created the "HR Technology Marketplace" to simplify the HR technology buying process. Prior to that, Zain was the Founder and CEO of NICG, a health insurance brokerage company that achieved significant growth under their leadership. Zain started their career as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Guardian Life, where they worked with insurance brokers and employer groups on group benefits consulting.

Zain Hasan has a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Georgia - Institute for Leadership Advancement, which they completed in 2009. Zain then earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from The University of Georgia, with a completion date in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Zain has obtained several certifications, including being an ELAP Certified Adviser/Broker from ELAP Services in 2020, a Certified Health Care Value Chain Specialist from Validation Institute in 2019, a Certified Self Funding Specialist from the Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) in 2019, and a Health Rosetta Associate Advisor from Health Rosetta in 2018. Zain also holds a 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Licensed Insurance Agent certification from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since 2012. Zain's most recent certification is a Certificate of Completion in AI Empowerment for CEOs, which they obtained from Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation) in September 2023.
