Sharon Daniel serves as Global IT Team Lead and IT Support Team Lead at Riskified since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as IT Team Lead for the EMEA & Israel regions at Western Digital from 2017 to July 2021, where leadership encompassed a Tier 3 Client Services Support Team. Additional positions held include NOC & Incident Management Control and Global IT Service Desk Shift Manager at SanDisk®, as well as involvement in various IT services roles. Sharon Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Netanya Academic College, completed in August 2022, and has achieved MCSA: Windows Server 2012 and MCSE: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certifications from John Bryce.
