Ramya DilipKumar has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries and roles. Ramya began their career at Thomson Reuters as a specialist correspondent for Gulf research from November 2006 to November 2009. Ramya then worked as an assistant editor at Apex Press and Publishing, specifically for BusinessToday, from June 2010 to July 2013. Following this, they briefly served as an editorial assistant at Alain Charles Publishing from October 2013 to December 2013.

In 2015, Ramya joined UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) as an intern in the Investment Team, which lasted from April to June of that year. Ramya DilipKumar's earliest education was at Frank Anthony Public School, where they studied from 1988 to 2000, but there is no information about any specific degree or field of study obtained during that time.
