Charles McManis

Charles McManis has over 20 years of work experience in sales operations and administration. Charles is currently working as a Sales Operations Manager at Riskonnect, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lectra for over 12 years, starting in September 2010. In their role as Sales Operations & Administration Manager, they managed North American sales operations, administration, and logistics, overseeing multiple departments in the US and Mexico. Charles ensured compliance with corporate guidelines, coordinated with vendors and supply chain for timely delivery of goods, parts, and consumables. Before Lectra, Charles worked at Philips Consumer Lifestyle as a Consumer Assurance Manager from January 2002 to May 2008. In this role, they were responsible for managing call center vendors, analyzing customer and vendor metrics, monitoring costs, and providing business advice to the corporate legal team.

Charles McManis attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville from 1996 to 1998. Charles pursued a General Studies program during this period.
