Deepak Jonnalagadda

Deepak Jonnalagadda has a solid work experience in the field of application support and engineering. Deepak started their career in 2018 as a Technical Support Consultant at Introtech, where they provided technical support for the company's clients. In 2019, they joined Sword Active Risk as an Application Support Analyst, where they were responsible for application maintenance, customer issue management, and working with the development team. Deepak then moved on to Riskonnect, Inc. in 2022, initially as an Application Support Engineer and later as a Senior Application Support Analyst. In these roles, they were involved in continuous control monitoring of applications and providing front-end and admin support to customers. Deepak also gained experience in risk management practices and ISO31000 compliant risk management software.

Deepak Jonnalagadda holds a Master's degree in IT and Communication from La Trobe University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Anna University from 2009 to 2013. Deepak also attended Sri Chaitanya College of Education from 2007 to 2009, where they completed the MPC program, focusing on mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Deepak Jonnalagadda has obtained several certifications. In May 2018, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching certification from Cisco, as well as the Comptia A+ certification from CompTIA and the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification from Microsoft Certifications. Deepak also obtained an ITIL certification from PeopleCert in September 2017.
