Ilka McHugh also has a certification as a Certified Lead Implementer ISO27001 from IBITGQ in 2017 and a certification as a Prince2 Agile Practitioner in Information Technology Project Management from AXELOS in 2018.

Furthermore, Ilka McHugh holds an additional certification as an MSc Risk Management and Insurance from Cass Business School, obtained in October 2013.
