Kevin Nail

Kevin Nail has over 25 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Their most recent role was as an Information Technology Operations Manager at Riskonnect, Inc. starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Itron, Inc. as a Principal System Engineer from June 2017 to February 2020, where they were responsible for hosted environment deployments and infrastructure, as well as overseeing and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers.

Before their time at Itron, Inc., Kevin held the position of Advisory Systems Administrator/Architect at Comverge from August 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they delivered infrastructure architecture, implemented projects, and planned for disaster recovery. Kevin also worked at Convergys as a Senior IT Manager from January 2013 to August 2015, where they directed a team in supporting datacenters and authored policies and procedures for maintaining VMWare ESXi servers.

Kevin Nail obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Georgia Southern University. Kevin completed their education at the university between 1991 and 1996.
