Justin Moravec

Justin Moravec has a comprehensive work experience in the field of information security. Justin currently holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer at RiskOptics. Prior to this role, they worked as a Security Operations Engineer at the same company.

Before joining RiskOptics, Justin served as the Director of Cyber Security at Wildcard Corp. where they managed projects and security programs, designed and implemented security systems, and ensured compliance with various industry standards.

Justin also has experience as a Secure Data Architect at Leidos, where they administered secure webpages, produced analytical products, and maintained access controls for classified information systems.

Prior to Leidos, Justin worked as a Cybersecurity Intelligence Analyst at NGA, conducting analysis on cyber entities and developing databases and tools to improve mission effectiveness.

Additionally, Justin has a background in the US Army, where they served as a System Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for the security and maintenance of air-gapped networks and infrastructure, ensuring high uptime for all services.

Justin Moravec began their education at Wabeno High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Education between the years 2002 and 2006. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University from 2017 to 2018. Justin furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.
