Charlotte Croxford

Charlotte Croxford has a strong background in the banking and finance industry, with over 14 years of experience. Charlotte is currently working at RiskScreen as a Senior Product Manager, where they began in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Metro Bank (UK) as a Lead Business Analyst from August 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Santander UK from February 2019 to August 2020. Earlier in their career, Charlotte held various roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Business Analyst from August 2016 to February 2019. Charlotte was responsible for implementing new AAA Name Screening, Transaction Monitoring, and Transaction Screening processes. Charlotte also helped with name screening implementation, Trade AML, and country-specific sanctions processes. Prior to that, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Sanctions Screening Manager from November 2008 to July 2016. In this role, they managed manual name and transaction sanctions screening feeds and was a Fircosoft Filter subject matter expert. Charlotte also obtained Fircosoft Accreditation.

Charlotte Croxford attended Keele University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology.
