Jeremy Swetenham

Senior Customer Success Manager at RiskScreen

Jeremy Swetenham is a highly experienced professional with a diverse range of roles. Jeremy is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at RiskScreen since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Sales and Channel Partnerships at RiskScreen from July 2019 to January 2023.

Jeremy also served as the Director at the Jersey International Centre for Advanced Studies from October 2013 to July 2019. In this role, they focused on promoting Jersey as a global academic hub for research related to islands and island communities.

Before that, Jeremy worked as the Commercial Director at Jersey Heritage from July 2011 to July 2018. During this time, they successfully developed and implemented a commercial strategy, resulting in a significant increase in annual self-generated revenue. Jeremy also played a key role in expanding Jersey Heritage's reach and reputation.

Jeremy's experience also includes serving as the Chairman of the Branchage International Film Festival from July 2010 to August 2017. Jeremy was involved in managing and organizing this renowned film festival, which was praised as the most innovative in Europe.

Prior to these roles, Jeremy held various positions in companies such as Newtel Solutions, Broadscape, and Newtel, where they showcased their skills in commercial operations, leadership, and technology implementation.

Jeremy also has a remarkable background in the military, having served as a Major in the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. During their time in the British Army, Jeremy achieved accelerated promotion and led a squadron of 100 personnel.

In addition to their professional experiences, Jeremy has also embarked on a personal accomplishment by planning and executing a two-handed global circumnavigation, funded through securing contracts for yacht refits during stopovers.

Jeremy Swetenham attended Eton College from 1980 to 1985 but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study from this institution. Jeremy then pursued their higher education at The University of Edinburgh from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic Engineering.
