Lorenzo Ferrari has diverse work experience in the restaurant industry and marketing field. In 2013, they founded and served as CEO of RistoratoreTop, a leading marketing reference for restaurants in Italy. Lorenzo also worked as an author, with their book "Brucia il tuo Menù" achieving success in sales and positive reviews. Additionally, Lorenzo worked as a director of marketing at RistoratoreTop and co-founded Plateform, an all-in-one platform for the restaurant industry. Lorenzo also has experience as an author for various publications and founded both Forum della Ristorazione and Osservatorio Ristorazione. Furthermore, Lorenzo worked as a CEO and menu engineer at MenuEngine, specializing in menu engineering for restaurants. Prior to that, they served as the boss at Marketing Operativo Plus, a consultancy firm focused on lead generation for professionals and SMEs.

Lorenzo Ferrari received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Materials Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
