Michael Cisner

Michael Cisner has extensive experience in human resources and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at RITA Corporation since March 2017, Michael has a strong background in law enforcement, having worked as a Detective Sergeant at the McHenry County Sheriff's Department from April 1990 to June 2015, after six years with the Cook County Sheriff's Department. Michael began professional career as a Correctional Officer at the Cook County Sheriff's Department from July 1984 to April 1990. Michael holds an education from Northeastern Illinois University.
