Janet Cataldo

Janet Cataldo has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on organization effectiveness, talent development, and human resources across various industries. At Ritchie Bros., Janet serves as the Organization Effectiveness and Talent Development leader. Previously, Janet was the Vice President of Talent and Organization Development at Allina Health and held multiple vice presidential positions at Regis Corporation, Optum, and Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., encompassing areas such as human resources, sales force effectiveness, field implementation, and marketing. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and Brooklyn College.
