Paul Donald

Paul Donald serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Southern Alberta Agriculture at Ritchie Bros. since July 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada at Source Atlantic Limited from March 2022 to July 2023. Prior roles include Division Manager - Prairies at Hilti Canada (October 2019 - October 2021), General Manager at LIXIL Water Technology Americas (October 2015 - October 2019), and District Sales Manager at Acklands-Grainger (October 2010 - October 2015). Additionally, Paul was the Business Manager for National Accounts at Acklands-Grainger from 2006 to 2010. Paul possesses a strong background in managing and leading teams, exemplified by the management of 10 Account Managers and support for 9 branches in Alberta South as part of the Performance Excellence program. Education was completed at McGill University.
