Eric Ruggles

Eric Ruggles currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Ritchie Engineering Co., Inc. (YELLOW JACKET), overseeing the engineering function across mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing disciplines since August 2024. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple positions at Phillips & Temro Industries from August 2016 to August 2024, including Director of Engineering, where leadership of design engineering initiatives led to the development of innovative and cost-effective products for various markets. Eric's earlier career includes significant roles at Valent Air Management Systems, focusing on product development for commercial HVAC equipment, as well as experience in the field with Princess Marble and Select Renovation. Educationally, Eric holds a BA in Engineering Science, Math, Computer Science, and Leadership from Wartburg College.
