Rageshree Parab has extensive work experience in the field of digital transformation and IT project management. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer at Tata Infotech, where they focused on .Net and Java web development. Rageshree then joined TCS in 2007 as a Technical Project Lead, where they led the Unix to Windows technology modernization initiative at Rite Aid. In 2012, they moved to Mindteck and took on the role of Project Manager, responsible for managing large complex projects and leading the CICS to .Net technology modernization initiative at Rite Aid. In 2016, they joined Rite Aid as a System Manager - Strategic Initiatives, overseeing the design and development of new systems and services across pharmacy and clinical business units. Rageshree later served as the Program Manager Digital+ and Sr. Director, Digital Platforms, where they executed global digital vision and managed teams responsible for digital transformation. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Digital and Enterprise Architecture at Rite Aid. Throughout their career, Rageshree Parab has consistently implemented best practices and demonstrated engineering excellence in their projects.

Rageshree Parab earned a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Cusrow Wadia Institute Of Technology from 1998 to 2001. Rageshree has also obtained certifications including Google Cloud Certified Digital Leader from Google in 2023, Management Accelerator from McKinsey & Company in 2023, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) in 2016, and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
