Derek Lewan

Derek Lewan is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, obtained in 2012. Since May 2012, Derek has held various positions at Rite-Hite, progressing from Design Engineer to Project Engineer, and currently serving as Engineering Project Manager. Prior to this, Derek gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Design Co-op at Trane, where contributions included work on the CGAM unit, participation in the control panel design team, co-designing a compressor removal tool, and modifying technical drawings and 3D models.
