Don Smoody

Don Smoody is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the equipment and service industries. Currently serving as the Product Support & Warranty Supervisor at Rite-Hite since June 2023, Smoody previously held multiple roles at CNH Industrial, including Standard Repair Time Manager and Service Engineer, where responsibilities included leading a team to develop repair time standards and collaborating with various departments.
