John also played a role in reducing the company's sales and operating costs by identifying the impact of specific product offerings on customers' business operations.

John Ritter attended Catholic Memorial High School from 1993 to 1996, where they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing from the Lubar College of Business from 1996 to 2001.
