Katherine Cieslak

Katherine Cieslak is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial planning. Currently serving as Assistant Corporate Controller at Rite-Hite since June 2025, Katherine previously held significant roles at SC Johnson, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for North America Commercial Markets and Director of Corporate Accounting from July 2018 to June 2025. Prior to that, Katherine spent nearly 14 years at Modine Manufacturing Company, ascending through various positions including Finance Director for Building HVAC and Director of Corporate Accounting. Katherine began a career in finance at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as a Senior Associate from November 2001 to September 2004. Katherine earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1994 and 1998.
