Kelly Fields

Kelly Fields has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as a Managing the Home at Fields and as a Homemaker since 2014. Since April 2012, Kelly has been a New Equipment Sales Representative at Rite-Hite, focusing on key account penetration and relationship building. Kelly's sales career also includes a position at psi since December 2009, and a significant tenure at 3M from November 2001 to June 2009, where strong relationship-building skills led to successful sales in competitive markets. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Strategic Business Manager at MARS Advertising, developing marketing strategies for Nestle. Kelly holds a degree in Communications/Marketing from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University.
