Matthew C. McNeill has extensive work experience in the field of innovation, intellectual property (IP), and technology acquisition. Matthew C. started their career at Rite-Hite in 1995, where they held various roles including Chief Innovation Officer and VP of IP, Technology & Strategic Alliances. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing innovation, intellectual property, and business development through acquisition execution and technology acquisition.

In 2014, McNeill volunteered as a Business Mentor at gener8tor, a nationally ranked accelerator that invests in high-growth startups. Matthew C. provided support to startups through their network of mentors, technologists, and investors.
