Mike Bayer

Mike Bayer is the President of the Interior Solutions Group at Rite-Hite since April 2025. Previously, Mike Bayer held various leadership roles at Rockwell Automation from May 2002 to March 2025, including Global Director of Contracts Services Portfolio and Business Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team to enhance the services portfolio for industrial automation customers. Other positions at Rockwell Automation included Global Business Manager overseeing the Architecture Drives Business and Global Portfolio Manager for the Low Voltage Motor Control Centers and Intelligent Packaged Power Businesses. Mike Bayer earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed a Strategic Leadership Series at Lubar College of Business.
