Rob Patek

Rob Patek currently serves as the Director of Treasury and Financial Risk at Rite-Hite, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Rob worked at Molson Coors Beverage Company from October 2016 to November 2023 as the Global Treasury Manager, overseeing cash management and intercompany repatriation initiatives for North American operations. In the earlier role at MillerCoors, Rob was the Global Financial Risk Manager and Commodity Risk Manager, focusing on price risk associated with agricultural commodities and foreign currencies. Before this, Rob was a Commodity Analyst with similar responsibilities. Rob's career began as a Graduate Assistant at Marquette University, supporting the Economics Department. Rob holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and two Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Chemistry, all from Marquette University.
